Customer Service teams are in charge of providing an optimal level of customer satisfaction around our high value-added product. Successfully onboarding and taking care of our clients - from supporting them with the basics to navigating the tool, to investigating and resolving complex payroll situations - are all essential for PayFit to thrive as an expert HR and payroll solution and be recognized as such.
