About the team
People
The People team is here to best accompany each PayFiter throughout the whole employee lifecycle, and is therefore responsible for recruiting, onboarding, developing our cohort, and maintaining a high level of fulfillment amongst all of our PayFiters by building the best employee experience.
Workplace
The Workplace team is responsible for maintaining the best possible working conditions and facilitating the comfort of PayFiters in each of our best-in class offices.
