Simple-to-run payroll
As somebody with no prior experience of administering payroll, Julianne loves how straightforward and smooth PayFit makes the whole process. She goes so far as to say that it "almost does it for you."
Powerful automation
Technology is key in freeing up Julianne's time to focus on the most impactful elements of her People role. She cites PayFit as having the power to streamline and automate all of the admin-heavy and time consuming tasks that would otherwise have gotten in the way of achieving that goal.

The thing that Julianne most loves about PayFit is the fact that you don't need to be a payroll expert to use it, that the interface makes it easy to know what to do, and how to do it.

Less admin, more time back
HR processes such as running payroll, approving leave and expenses, and performance management campaigns are just some of the "admin-heavy, time consuming" tasks that can weigh down a People & Culture leader. PayFit has helped to streamline and automate much of the groundwork associated with these, freeing up Julianne's time for more strategic work.
Payroll that's run accurately
After a "supportive" and "collaborative" onboarding process with PayFit, Thesis' first payroll run didn't have any issues. Coming after a challenging period spent outsourcing the function, with many complexities and the potential for errors, this was a breath of fresh air for Julianne and her team. It's a trend that continues to this day.
The clearest payslips
PayFit's payslips have quickly become the stuff of legend. Julianne calls them the clearest that she's ever come across, and beams with pride when describing how everybody at Thesis loves them too. It may not sound like much, but being able to give her staff access to easy-to-understand, beautiful payslips makes Julianne's job that little bit easier.
