About the teams
Legal
The Legal team’s responsibility is to ensure legal compliance across all the company's endeavors, product updates as well as external/ internal communications across our three operating countries
Business compliance
The Business compliance team is here to ensure that the rules pertaining to payroll are properly applied in each operating country, and that the product complies with legal obligations.

Strategy
The Strategy team is a focal point of the organization, and is in charge of PayFit’s structural transformation to best reach our objectives in a myriad of domains: - Digital - Ways of working and processes - CSR - Internal communications and events.
Finance
The Finance Team is a key stakeholder at PayFit and works across the full organization by:
• Managing accounting of each entity
• Empowering top management with accurate and reliable numbers & KPIs
• Supporting all teams in strategic decisions by being a real business partner
• Making financial processes scalable internationally
