Across UK businesses, HR generalists are spending the least amount of time on the most valuable initiatives due to lack of time and know-how. Over three-quarters of HR professionals spend less than 10% of their time on activities such as retention and compensation strategies.
Almost a third believe digital transformation is the solution
31% of those surveyed think that investing in the right technology is the solution. Not just because it will help save them time but because it will free them up to become better at higher-value tasks.
